Badgerland Kids win at MidWest tournament

Leah and Budgy Severtson traveled to Chicago to compete in a local MidWest Tournament held at Combat-Do on Sunday the 27th. Leah was still a little nervious, but a 4yr old will do that. She warmed up and looked around for any other little girls, and to her surprise she found three others that were 4 and 5 years of age and around 35lbs. This made Leah a happy Badger, she was all smiles after that.
Budgy who is 6 years old did not have a girls division, ( as always with her) she loves to compete with boys, she says boys always think they can beat her, but she says" technique will win", and yet it did for her again.
RESULTS:
Leah 1st place NO GI and 2nd place GI
Budgy 2nd place NO GI & GI

keep training girls....great job!!
